Mowgli, who was reared in the wild by wolves, makes the decision to leave it for a number of reasons. In the interim, Jabari, the Monkey King, kidnaps him. Jabari forces Mowgli to make fire. Because of poor management, this fire turns into a forest fire. The entire woodland is burned by a fire that ought to glow like a lamp. The technology of today is also included by this metaphor. Technology has the potential to bring us to ruin if not employed wisely. The play thus emphasises to us the need of using things in a suitable manner.
